What is involved with Personal Training?
I provide extra accountability, support and face to face guidance on your technique and lifestyle. Together we create achievable goals, and I provide the information and support to help you reach them.
What are Kettlebell Training?
Kettlebell training has been around for hundreds of years however it is often listed as a non-conventional style of training and is unknown to many.
Kettlebells provide all the same benefits of regular free weights (dumbbells, barbells) and beyond. Kettlebells allow and encourage movement and stabilisation in three dimensions, resulting in improved co-ordination, strength and skills.
The most desirable trait of the kettlebell is how easily accessible and versatile it is as a piece of equipment. With just two to three different loads (weights) you have the ability to target each and every area of your body in both a functional and aesthetic way with optimum results. The kettlebell provides the ability to not only stimulate your body but also your mind when learning and piecing together new movement patterns.
What is Animal Flow?
Animal Flow is an innovative bodyweight movement practice that combines ground-based movement with elements of various body-weight training disciplines to create a fun, challenging workout that emphasises multi-planar, fluid movement. Athletes and fitness enthusiasts of all levels will find significant benefits from the practice.
Animal Flow was created by Mike Fitch and his personal journey into bodyweight disciplines. Animal Flow is a combination of his experience with gymnastics, Parkour, hand balancing, circus arts, breakdancing, and traditional progressive bodyweight training.
While each of the bodyweight disciplines is unique in its own way, they all share common elements. One of these is the concept is “flow” where you seamlessness link the movements together. These movements are powerful for improving the function of the human body.

The Benefits of Animal Flow are:
Increased mobility
