  • Programming is designed with your individual goals and body in mind; Fat Loss, Muscle Gain, Strength, Performance events, Body Composition for a special event. ALL programs are considerate of longevity and aim to keep you pain free and moving well.

  • Prices differ depending on how many 1:1 sessions are booked per week, the goal is also to teach you skills to be self sufficient in your own training when you are ready.

  • Remote coaching is included as required via training app TrueCoach


What are the prices for 1:1 Personal Training?

  • Individual personal Training sessions cost $80 p/h.

  • Programmed coaching is charged monthly depending on how many face to face sessions you commit to, starting at $300p/m.
