What is Small Group Training?

My schedule offers two classes:

  • Kettlebell Strength & Flow

  • Animal Flow: Becoming Stronger Unloaded.

Both classes have a holistic approach to training, focusing on movement patterns rather than body parts. Expect to be learning new movements to add to your exercise toolbox aiming to improve your strength, co-ordination, stability, body composition and mindset around exercise.

As a coach I believe in not only delivering an effective, fun and challenging class but also providing participants with an education in the process.

Classes are programmed monthly to allow time for movements to be learnt and practiced as the weeks progress. Allowing your bodies to adapt and progress.

 

Kettlebell Strength & Flow

A unique blend of Kettlebell Strength and Conditioning combined with Animal Flow and bodyweight movements.

Focussing on learning functional three dimensional movement patterns, the goal is to make you stronger, fitter, leaner, while teaching you to move better and have fun with the process!

Small group sessions to ensure coaching is personal while keeping in line with current social distancing regulations. 

No experience necessary, all movements have the capacity to be progressed and/or regressed depending on your experience and how you feel on any given day.

 

Animal Flow: Becoming Stronger Unloaded

Animal Flow is a floor based movement practice, revolving around mastering your own bodyweight, improving your strength, stability, coordination and mobility, leaving you feeling mobile and amazing.

These small group classes are suitable for all levels from the beginner to the more experienced flow-ist. As an experienced coach Michelle is seasoned in ensuring classes are adaptable for different abilities while making everyone feel welcome.

The class covers mobility drills and Animal Flow basics to help you become an all round better mover, in a welcoming and relaxed environment.

No experience is needed, however you will benefit from regular practice either within the class environment, solo practice in your own time or during 1:1 coaching sessions.
