About Small Group Classes

Classes are focussed on General Physical Preparedness, using a mix of Kettlebell and Bodyweight movements the goal is to: become stronger, prevent injury, improve performance, minimise pain, optimise range of motion, feel better than ever and enjoy the process.

Small-Group Classes are limited to 6 participants per class, no membership to the gym required.

  • Individual Session $20

  • Unlimited Classes fortnightly Payment $75 - First fortnight half price $37.50

  • 6 months Upfront $520 (commit to 2 sessions per week over 6 months and each session $10)
